An open-world cops-versus-racers game: climb from the bottom of the Blacklist to Most Wanted, escaping police roadblocks and pursuit in a tuned car. Statically recompiles the Xbox 360 release into a native Android ARM64 APK, targeting Mali Bifrost/Valhall descriptor-set limits, with AOT tools transcoding textures to ASTC, movies to H.264 and audio to Ogg/Opus to cut mobile bandwidth.
