A static recompilation that translates the 68000 and dual SH-2 code of the Sega 32X game into C++, with a 32X/Mega Drive hardware layer and SDL3 frontend producing native Windows and Android programs.
Before you begin
Android was verified on an API 36 emulator; Linux/macOS and iOS have not actually been run.
