After an explosion levels six blocks of Empire City, its lone survivor gains superpowers in an open-world action-adventure where moral choices shape both the city and the hero. Uses ps3recomp to statically recompile the PowerPC and SPU code of the European PS3 release (BCES00220) to x86-64 with HLE system libraries and Direct3D 12 graphics; the installer regenerates and compiles a playable build straight from the player's own ISO or game folder.
