Static recompiles the USA PS2 release (SCUS-97328) into a native Windows x64 build: EE and VU0/VU1 are translated ahead of time, IOP services are native, graphics run on Vulkan, and a one-click installer and launcher set the game up from your own disc image.
Before you begin
Windows 10 or 11 64-bit with an SSE4.1 CPU; a Vulkan-capable GPU is recommended.

Open-source code does not make game assets free to distribute. Read the project license and maintainer instructions, and supply game files you legally own.
