The closing chapter of the Gears trilogy: eighteen months after humanity's last city fell, Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad fight on against the Locust and a new threat from below. PowerPC code is translated ahead of time into C++ by ReXGlue and compiled into a native executable, with a bespoke Metal backend on macOS and Vulkan on Windows and Linux, plus a self-updating launcher.
