Banjo-Kazooie is a 3D platformer by Rare in which Banjo, a honey bear, sets out to rescue his kidnapped sister Tooty, aided by the bird Kazooie who rides on his back across colorful worlds full of collectibles. BearBirdPad repackages the Banjo-Kazooie N64 recompilation as a native iPhone and iPad app with Metal rendering, customizable touch controls, and user-supplied ROM loading.
Before you begin
Requires iOS or iPadOS 16 or later. The app is sideloaded as an unsigned IPA (e.g., via AltStore/SideStore) and runs a user-supplied Banjo-Kazooie ROM loaded through the Files app; a Metal-capable iPhone or iPad is required.
